Founder Troy Palmer spent 23 years with the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, from firefighter and paramedic to Assistant Deputy Chief of Training and Program Manager, HR & Safety, including front-line and emergency operations roles in the 2016 wildfire and 2020 flood. He is the author of Eight Dimensions of Leadership Excellence and speaks on leadership and safety culture.
