I'm the Founder & President of Award Evolution, a commercial transportation and energy transition advisory firm helping businesses, municipalities, and industry organizations navigate the future of fleet operations with confidence. With more than 18 years of experience in manufacturing, automation, transportation, and corporate leadership, I combine strategic planning with real-world operational experience. After building and operating one of Western Canada's largest independent commercial EV fleets, I've shifted my focus to helping organizations evaluate fleet modernization, transportation technologies, infrastructure planning, funding opportunities, and long-term operational strategy. I believe the biggest barrier to transportation modernization isn't the technology—it's confidence.
