Please JOIN US for breakfast on November 16, 2016 for an important conversation to help us better understand the interests, challenges and opportunities for Rebuilding Fort McMurray .
This event is hosted by CAREERS: The Next Generation (www.nextgen.org) in partnership with the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce
CAREERS Rebuilding Fort McMurray Creating Youth Futures initiative is committed to working in partnership to support youth (15-25 yrs), young apprentices, Aboriginal communities, and Employers in the region. We want to hear from people in the region and are working closely with the Chamber of Commerce, Fort McMurray Construction Association, the Urban Development Institute and Northeastern Alberta Aboriginal Business Association.
Your participation and insights will help us…
- Understand occupations in demand – now and in the years to come.
- Identify opportunities for youth and young apprentices to be engaged in building back better.
- Work effectively with Aboriginal communities throughout the region.
- Connect school systems, post-secondary, and community organizations to address regional health, wellness, and promising futures
