2027 Spring Trade Show & Artisans Market Registration

We’re so excited you’re joining us for one of Fort McMurray’s favourite events of the Spring!

It will run from April 23 to April 25, 2027. The Early Bird discount is valid until January 31, 2027.

It’s important that all vendors, both returning and new, complete this form in full so we have the most accurate and up-to-date information for booth placement, promotions, and communications.

Please note: as we have had many vendors reserve booths and cancel at the last minute, we will not reserve a booth going forward unless a $250 deposit is secured.

If you have any questions as you complete the form or need support at any point, please don’t hesitate to reach out to the Chamber team at 780-743-3100. We’re happy to help.
Business Information
Please provide accurate business details below — this information will be used for invoicing, vendor listings, and event communications.
Business Contact
Business Address
Vendor Category *
This helps us thoughtfully plan the show layout and ensure similar vendors aren’t placed directly beside one another, giving everyone space to shine!
Please provide a short description we can use to feature your business on our social media and online vendor map.
Are You an Artisan Vendor? *
To qualify as an artisan, 80% or more of your products must be handmade by you or your team. This helps us identify vendors eligible for Hall A, which is reserved exclusively for artisan businesses and locally made products.
Will You Be Serving/Sampling Food or Beverages? *
Vendors serving food or drinks are required to hold a valid Alberta Health Services (AHS) food handling license. This can now be completed online. A link to the application will be provided in your confirmation email after registration is complete.
Please provide your website URL so we can include it on the online vendor directory and in promotional materials.

Please complete the following section with details specific to your participation in this event — this helps us plan your booth setup, services, and any special requirements.
Booth Type *
Let us know your top 3–4 booth choices based on what’s available on the floor map. This helps us match you with a great spot if your first choice is already taken. While we can’t guarantee placement until your application and full payment are received, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
For promotional purposes and vendor booth award eligibility, please let us know how long you have been participating as a vendor at our Trade Show: *
If you’re not currently a member of the Fort McMurray Chamber of Commerce, would you like us to reach out with more information? *
Chamber members receive 15% off all trade show registrations, plus a range of year-round benefits, including access to health insurance plans for small and medium-sized businesses, networking opportunities, and a strong voice in local advocacy efforts. If you select “Yes,” our team will be in touch with next steps!
Payment Info
We will contact you upon booking to collect your credit card information. Please note that booths cannot be held without a minimum 50% deposit to secure your reservation. Your card will only be charged once your booth selection has been confirmed by our Trade Show team, and a receipt will be sent directly to your email. If you have any questions or require alternate payment arrangements, please reach out to us at 780-743-3100 or tradeshows@fortmcmurraychamber.ca - we’re happy to help!
