X-energy Small Modular Reactors: Accelerating the Decarbonization of Alberta's Industrial Sector.
The Alberta government, a signatory of the Strategic Plan for the Deployment of Small Modular Reactors (SMR), cites SMRs as integral to Canada's successful transition to our net zero future.
Marcy Sanderson, Vice President of Industrial Applications at X-energy, will describe the Xe-100 SMR and how it will accelerate Alberta's efforts to reduce carbon emissions in industrial operations. Ms. Sanderson will also share how X-energy seeks to partner with local businesses and communities to deliver the technology and help create a thriving clean energy future for Albertans.
