DESCRIPTION:August 15th 2018\, 7:30-9:00 Location: 3-10216 Centennial Drive Fort McMurray\, Alberta (Shine Kids) Join me for a beautiful evening of connection. August 16th is three years to the day that my fiance suddenly died. However\, the evening before that day we had had a beautiful evening\, an evening to remember. Through the years I have felt so much and wavered from intense pain and grief to immense gratitude for life and paying attention to each sweet moment. Every year brings something new\, a new layer and a new lesson. I invite you to join me for this beautiful evening. Maybe you need a wake-up call that this is really it\, this is your life now. That today is precious and tomorrow is not guaranteed. Maybe you need a place to clear something of your own\, a safe place to feel. Maybe you seek the community connection\, or maybe you are just called to show up. Everyone is welcome to attend regardless or your yoga ability\, if you want to come we want you there. Expect a little story from me\, followed by a gentle yoga class and closing with a guided meditation. Bring your mat\, any props you like\, and dress comfy. If you need a mat let me know I can arrange that for you. ~with love
